We are a dynamic organisation specialising in the management and implementation of international mobility projects within the Erasmus+ program for students, teachers, and educators. Position Overview:
Your main role will be to support and coordinate Erasmus+ groups during their stay in Granada. Fluency in Polish and Spanish is essential for effective communication and smooth integration of participants in their new environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participant support – offering comprehensive assistance to Erasmus+ groups and responding to their needs and requests
- Communication – serving as the link between participants and local partners, ensuring fluent communication in Polish and Spanish (English is a plus)
- Customer service – using your interpersonal skills to ensure a positive experience for all participants
- Documentation – preparing and completing project documentation in line with Erasmus+ requirements
Requirements:
- Age: 22–30 years
- Fluent in Polish and Spanish (spoken and written)
- English proficiency is a strong asset
- Excellent social skills and ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Strong teamwork, organisational skills, and attention to detail
