We are proud to invite you to the 8th International Staff Week at the University of Kragujevac, “AI Integration & Digital Innovation in Higher Education,” scheduled for 18–22 May 2026.
This year’s International Staff Week holds special significance, as it is organised within the celebration of 50 years since the founding of the University of Kragujevac. We are honoured to mark this important anniversary by welcoming colleagues and partners from across Europe and beyond.
The program will provide a platform for the exchange of ideas, best practices, and experiences related to the effective integration of artificial intelligence and digital innovation in higher education. Participants will explore how these developments can enhance teaching and learning, improve institutional management, strengthen educational quality, promote inclusiveness, and support the long-term sustainability of higher education institutions in a rapidly changing digital environment.
Through interactive panel sessions and discussions, representatives from academia and industry will share insights into current trends, challenges, and opportunities connected to AI-driven transformation and digital innovation in higher education.
In addition to the academic program, participants will have the opportunity to experience Serbian culture and cuisine and to become acquainted with local traditions, cultural heritage, and notable landmarks.
The participation fee is €100, which covers participation in all sessions, meals during the event, and the organised excursion. We kindly ask you to forward this Call to all potential candidates at your institution, and if possible, publish it on your website - both teaching and administrative staff are welcome.
To apply, all candidates need to complete the APPLICATION FORM.
Invitation letters will be issued within the following days after the form's submission, and the provisional agenda shall be sent to all the applicants in the coming month.
