These awkward times require a proactive and flexible approach to managing uncertainty in challenged times. We offer this week three workshops approaching several areas two efficient - game in crisis management and a Ubuntu support group.
It is a task that we are embracing knowing that it will be a difficult one due to the large spectrum of possibilities to approach. Whether it's a war, inflation, pandemic, stagflation, ageing, gender, religion, addressing mental health in the workplace, or other unforeseen events, Higher Education Institutions must be prepared to respond effectively. A comprehensive crisis management plan is needed to identify potential disruptions and vulnerabilities in the workplace further to the existing ones in global terms.
Challenging times bring programs to overcome anxiety and work pressure. We want to give our contribution and perspective holistically through simple and comprehensive tips in several areas:

- Business Management Game
