It is with great pleasure that we invite you to our International Staff Week 2025 with the theme "Shaping the Future: Erasmus+ and Digitalization in the New World of Work” taking place at Hochschule Fulda (Germany) from May 19 until May 23.

The Staff Week will be organized as a BIP with two additional online meetings (May 5 and May 28).
The deadline for application is February 28. Please note that Hochschule Fulda does not charge any fees for International Staff Week. Participants can apply for Erasmus funding at their home university.
After confirmation of participation, we will share the hotel list and further information with the participants. The closest airport to Fulda is Frankfurt International Airport. Please also consider travelling by train.
