This special edition of our Staff Week marks a decade of bringing colleagues from across Europe together to share best practices, strengthen professional skills, and build lasting partnerships. Throughout the week, participants will have the opportunity to:
- Take part in teaching activities or training sessions that will help them improve their skills and share ideas with colleagues
- Join collaborative sessions with IBU departments and international guests
- Explore successful examples of student services and academic development
- Discover Skopje, the vibrant capital of North Macedonia, rich in culture, history, and warm Balkan hospitality, Matka Canyon, and Ohrid City.
