We are glad to inform you about our "eTwinning Initial Teacher Education (ITE) and Erasmus+ Staff Week"
at Mersin University, which will be organised on 13 - 15 April 2026, within the framework of the Erasmus+ KA131 Training 2026 Programme.
This international academic event aims to strengthen cooperation in Initial Teacher Education, enhance internationalisation through eTwinning and Erasmus+, and foster sustainable academic partnerships through knowledge exchange and professional collaboration.
The Study Abroad Fair in our main Campus will serve the same purpose, where students and academic staff will get the chance to meet our international guests/partners; we would appreciate joining the fair with authentic and traditional materials- possibly with a flag of your country.
In addition to this, we will arrange a workshop to share and exchange ideas and experiences with our partners. The language of the event is English.
Please find attached the preliminary program, the application and accommodation forms. As we would like to maximise outcomes of the week and to ensure participation of institutions as many as possible, we can accept a maximum of 2 participants per institution. Thank you for your understanding.
And there will be an optional 2-day tour to Cappadoccia ( one night stay)
A detailed agenda and confirmation of the hotel reservations will be provided to our guests afterwards.
