Dear Colleagues and Partners,
We are pleased to announce the Staff Training Week on Erasmus Project Management, which will be held at Babeș-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca, Romania, between 11 and 15 May 2026.
The training event is designated for all university staff regardless of their background, and it will be an opportunity to participate in seminars, workshops and social events meant to discuss topics related to Erasmus+ Projects and Erasmus+ Project Management.
The program is tailored to introduce participants to the principles and mechanisms regarding Erasmus project management with a focus on introducing the new opportunities of the program and the means to differentiate them in relation to the objectives and priorities of each financing call. This program also intends to familiarise the participants with the specific terminology of Erasmus project management and provide the necessary know-how to interpret phenomena, situations and the organisational processes connected to Erasmus project Management.
Participation in the event is free of charge. However, participants are expected to cover the travel, accommodation and living expenses through the Erasmus+ fund for staff training mobility (STT) available in their home institutions.
Because the working language of all the activities will be English, a minimum B2 level is recommended.
The application for the training is now open. If you are interested in our event, and your home institution has already agreed to register you as a BIP participant, please apply at: Erasmus Project Management Staff Training Week - 11 - 15 May 2026 – Fill out form
