Dear Partners and Colleagues,
We are pleased to inform you that the Faculty of Social and Human Sciences at the Campus of Teruel of the University of Zaragoza (Spain) is currently organising its 3rd International Staff Week, which will take place from 22nd to 24th October 2025.
While the final programme will be circulated in due course, we are pleased to inform you that the following activities are provisionally planned:
- Sessions focusing on international academic collaboration, including topics such as micro-credentials, Blended Intensive Programmes (BIPs), and COILs (Collaborative Online International Learning).
- Networking opportunities, such as speed networking, slow networking, and a synergy lab, where participants can explore potential joint projects in teaching and research.
- Presentations and exchanges on best practices in internationalisation strategies, research cooperation, and the functioning of international offices.
- An interesting sociocultural programme, including a guided visit to Albarracín, one of the most beautiful villages in Spain, and a tapas night in the historic city of Teruel.
There will be no participation fee, and we warmly invite both academic and administrative staff from our partner institutions to join us. Participants are expected to cover travel and accommodation expenses, preferably using Erasmus+ staff mobility grants under our existing agreements.
In order to facilitate meaningful professional exchanges and the creation of synergies, we would kindly ask you to review our Faculty’s Innovation and Research Map https://fcsh.unizar.es/mapa-de-investigacion-de-la-fcsh before completing the expression of interest form. This will allow you to indicate the research and innovation line(s) with which you feel most identified, helping us connect professionals with shared interests more efficiently.
Among the lines particularly interested in fostering new contacts this academic year are:
- Human Evolution and Geological & Paleontological Resources for Formal and Non-Formal Education
- Gender Identities and Sexism
- Simulation and Gaming in Educational Contexts / Gamification as a Teaching Methodology
- School Heritage and Historical Memory
- Rural Education and Educational Innovation
These are just some examples; the map contains a wide range of proposals, so we encourage you to browse through it and select your preferences accordingly.
To express your interest in participating, please take a few minutes to complete the following form:
