Dear Partners,
let me cordially invite you and your colleagues to join us in Budapest this summer between 17 – 21 June 2025 in our staff week that we are offering for colleagues working in international student/mobility coordination.
The staff week is organized in the frame of a BIP program and its title is „ELPIS 2025 staff week” because some of the participants are also taking part in the annual ELPIS network meeting also hosted by our faculty between 19-21 June.
Nevertheless this staff week is independent from that program and is open for any collegue to join.
The topics are related to the everyday problems/challanges we face in our work as internaitonal student/mobility coordinators and as our faculty’s Erasmus partners you can also have a presonal impresson on Budapest and the Erasmus program we offer for our guest students.

We also accept applications from colleagues/universities outside the Erasmus program for a symbolic registration fee of 100 EUR.
Whoever is intending to sign up for the staff week, please fill in this application form preferably before 19 May.
