Plenipotentiary for Equal Treatment

Prof. Robert Kmieciak has been appointed the Plenipotentiary for Equal Treatment at Adam Mickiewicz University.
Persons who feel discriminated in any way can report their case. Such cases of unequal treatment shall be considered by the committee headed by the Plenipotentiary and consisting of University staff, as well as undergraduate and doctoral student representatives.
Under the concept of discriminatory actions, the Plenipotentiary will deal with behaviour leading to unequal treatment, in particular with regard to gender, age, disability, race, religion, nationality, political convictions, trade union membership, ethnicity, belief, or sexual orientation.

A Student or Graduate may submit a complaint or request concerning matters unrelated to the recruitment process in the Erasmus+ program to the Institutional Erasmus+ Coordinator. The complaint or request must be submitted in writing and include a justification. The complaint or request should first be reviewed by the Faculty Coordinator and, upon obtaining their opinion, forwarded to the Institutional Coordinator. The complaint or request will be considered within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receipt of the complete document, including the required opinion.
