The University Coordinator of the Erasmus+ programme is a research and teaching staff member authorised by the Rector to manage the programme on a university-wide basis (the Rector's Representative for the Erasmus+ Programme). The responsibilities of the University Coordinator include the development of documents for the university's cooperation with foreign countries (including the Erasmus Charter), organisational and financial management of the programme, reporting on the operation of the programme, creating a climate of involvement at the university in Erasmus matters, close cooperation with the Rector's authorities, coordinating activities at faculties, close cooperation with faculty coordinators, acting as an intermediary in the university's contacts with the National Agency in Warsaw and the European Commission in Brussels.

The Erasmus + Office

The office oversees the Erasmus+ programme at the university level, maintaining records of scholarship recipients' departures and arrivals, as well as Erasmus+ partnership projects. It manages formalities such as organizing scholarship payments, submitting travel reports, and other administrative tasks. Additionally, the office serves as a liaison between students and the Rector for Academic Affairs and International Cooperation, the Rector for Student Affairs, and the University Coordinator on all matters related to the Erasmus+ programme.
