Our application process is simple and quick. To complete it, you need to use our on-line application form. Please check below, where you can find all necessary information.

Application Procedure for Erasmus+ International Students

Erasmus+ Programme at Adam Mickiewicz University, Poznań

Only students from partner universities with a valid Erasmus+ bilateral agreement are eligible to participate in the Erasmus+ programme at Adam Mickiewicz University (AMU).

NOMINATION PROCESS

Students must be nominated by their home university for short-term studies at AMU.
The nomination should be sent via email to erasmus@amu.edu.pl by the following deadlines:

  • 31st May – for the winter semester/full academic year
  • 30th November – for the summer semester
APPLICATION

Application is done via our application platform USOSirk (CLICK HERE TO VISIT USOSirk).

Application platform system will be open:

🔹 for FULL YEAR and WINTER SEMESTER applications:  1st April – 30th June
🔹 for SUMMER SEMESTER applications:  15th October – 15tht December

COURSE CATALOGUE

The course catalogue in English is available at: https://amupie.amu.edu.pl

🔹 To participate in English-taught courses, students must have a minimum English proficiency level of B1.

📌 Important

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

Applicants must submit the following documents:
✅ Scan of passport/identity card
✅ Online Learning Agreement (OLA)

  • The OLA must be prepared via the designated online platform.
  • Once signed by the student and their home university coordinator, it will be automatically processed by AMU's system (no need to attach it separately).
APPLICATION SUBMISSION

A complete application consists of:
📌 Submitted application on the USOSirk platform
📌 Accepted OLA (signed by the student, home university coordinator, and AMU Erasmus+ Coordinator)

⏳ Processing Time: Up to two weeks after submission.
