Faculty coordinators
The Faculty Coordinator for the Erasmus+ programme is an employee designated by the Dean to oversee the programme's implementation at the faculty level. The coordinator is responsible for initiating and coordinating agreements with foreign partners. In collaboration with the university coordinator, they inform the faculty's authorities, staff, and students about the objectives, opportunities, and organisational and financial aspects of the Erasmus+ programme. The coordinator plays a key role in the student selection process for scholarships, assists in preparing the study agreements with partner universities, and, in consultation with the Dean, approves the study programme and list of credits. They also sign agreements with outgoing scholarship students. Maintaining contact with the coordinator is crucial both during the study abroad period and after returning, as students must submit a list of completed courses from the partner university to receive credit for their studies at their home institution.

FACULTY ADMINISTRATORS DEALING WITH ERASMUS+ PROGRAMME MATTERS
The Faculty Administrator supports the Faculty Coordinator in the daily administrative management of the Erasmus+ programme. They facilitate the recruitment of applicants for mobility abroad, maintain records of scholarship recipients, and assist students in completing necessary documents, including application forms. The administrator also manages documentation related to the students' time abroad, particularly exam results and credits earned at the partner institution.
