On Saturday, 24 January, 17 Erasmus+ students took a train to Puszczykówko to follow the trail of the glacier in the Great Poland National Park as part of their ecotourism classes (AMU-pie).
Under the watchful eye of Dr Michał Lorenc from the Ecological Station in Jeziory, our students, along with representatives of Erasmus and Strategic Programmes, discovered the natural beauty of Lake Góreckie, Lake Kociołek and the Żabiak pond. Throughout the trip, they also discussed the curiosities hidden by Franciszek's and Prof. Adam Wodziczka's Stones.
The winter atmosphere and frosty weather favoured the study of the post-glacial landscape of the Greater Poland region, making the trip truly exceptional.
The day was crowned with a visit to the Arkady Fiedler Literary Workshop Museum, dedicated to the outstanding Polish writer and naturalist.
