OzU International Staff Week

Özyeğin University’s International Exchange and Partnership Programs Office warmly invites international colleagues to join our International Staff Week, taking place in Istanbul, Türkiye, from 11 to 14 May 2026.

This four-day program is specifically designed for non-academic higher education professionals working in international offices and related administrative units. Participants will have the opportunity to connect with colleagues from around the world, exchange best practices, and gain hands-on insights into internationalisation strategies, partnership development, and mobility management.

During the Staff Week, participants will have the opportunity to:

  • Exchange institutional experiences and good practices through partner presentations, discussions, and a Partners Fair
  • Strengthen academic and administrative cooperation through structured networking and speed meetings with academic coordinators and international committee members
  • Explore current trends in higher education, including internationalisation, digitalisation, and the use of AI in teaching, training, and university practices
  • Take part in interactive workshops and sessions focusing on intercultural learning and innovative approaches

Experience Turkish culture through hands-on workshops, social activities, and a guided city program in which you feel Istanbul’s unique historical atmosphere.

Participation Fee*

  • Partner institutions: 50 EUR
  • Non-partner institutions: 150 EUR

*The fee covers coffee breaks, lunches for 4 days, transportation between Kadikoy and the Cekmekoy campus, a Bosphorus dinner cruise, and a guided tour of Istanbul. Payment will be requested after participation is confirmed.
