It is our pleasure to invite you to the Second International Staff Week at the University of A Coruña (UDC), Spain, which will take place from 4th to 8thMay 2015.
The aim of our staff training week is to exchange ideas and to have fruitful discussions with colleagues from all over Europe. The programme will give the opportunity to discuss mainly about issues related to the field of internationalization and other questions related to other university services. Likewise, it will provide an overview of the University of A Coruña and of the institutions of the staff taking part in the Staff Week.
Hence, we are also looking forward to your input and learn about your institution’s good practice.

The agenda is subject to change! Detailed programme and practical information will be sent to the selected participants.
We can receive 20 participants, and no more than 2 participants per university will be accepted, since we would like to have a persified international group. The week and its sessions aim at university staff working in international , but we will happy to also welcome colleagues from other departments.
The language of the Staff Week is English.
- Application Deadline: 6th March
- Acceptance will be confirmed by mid-March 2015. Please do not book your flights and accommodation before receiving the confirmation. We will send information about hotels with the acceptance confirmation
There is no participation fee. Participants are expected to cover their own travel and living expenses through the Erasmus funds for staff mobility or otherwise.
