9th International Week - Pamukkale University

We are pleased to invite you to join our 9th International Week, which will take place between 1st- 5th April, 2019. We look forward to meeting teaching and administrative staff of your universities. The main purpose of the programme is to share working experiences, internationalize current practices and network with partners. Participants are also expected to give presentation.
Working language is English.
Pamukkale University will cover most of the social-cultural activity programmes during the week, but all travel costs, some programmes some meals and accommodation have to be covered by the participants (participants can use Erasmus Mobility Grant).
The Social-Cultural activity Programmes with participation fee are:
-Guided tour to Laodikeia (our archeology department’s excavation site), Pamukkale and Hierapolis, includes also a meal ( 30 € - participation is optional)
-Gala dinner ( 30 € - participation is a must, certificate of attendance will be given at Gala Dinner)
-a daily tour to a touristic place by bus (40 € - participation is optional, place will be announced)
Preliminary Programme of 9th International Week
1st April : Welcome speech by our Rector, Short presentation about your university ,
Teaching/Training , Welcome dinner
2nd April : Teaching/Training, A visit around the city center
3rd April : Teaching/Training, Guided tour to Laodikeia (excavation site of our archeology department), Pamukkale and Hierapolis
4th April : Teaching/Training, Visit and observe various research centers on Campus, a workshop to learn the art of Turkish Marbling / Gala dinner in the evening
5th April : Evaluation and Conclusions, a daily tour by bus (place to be announced) (in the previous International Week we were in Akyaka, Mugla)
